  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

    Arrival begins at 4:00 PM local time, with departure by 10:00 AM. At WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals, we understand that flexibility can enhance your travel experience. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out accommodations may be offered for an additional fee.


    As availability varies based on existing reservations and housekeeping schedules, these services cannot be guaranteed. We encourage guests to inquire in advance, and our team will be happy to explore available options to help create a smooth and effortless stay.

  • DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

    At WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals, we know that pets are family, and we believe your four-legged companions deserve to be part of the adventure. Many of our luxury vacation homes welcome up to two dogs per stay, allowing you to enjoy a memorable getaway without leaving your furry friends behind.


    A pet fee of $200 applies and helps us maintain the exceptional cleanliness and comfort our guests expect. Additional cleaning charges may apply if extra cleaning, odor removal, stain treatment, or repairs are required following your stay.


    For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, a maximum of two dogs is permitted per property, and pets are not allowed in the pool or spa areas. We kindly ask owners to clean up after their pets and ensure they are well supervised throughout their stay. Any pet waste must be properly removed from the property prior to departure. If pet waste is left behind or additional cleaning is required due to pet-related messes, odors, stains, or damage, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

  • WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

    All our Vacation Home has a keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a “code” for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet. 

  • DOES YOUR PROPERTY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?

    At our property, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests. To ensure your peace of mind during your stay, we have implemented a comprehensive security camera system. Our security cameras include a Ring Doorbell, a Ring flood camera on the exterior garage door. These cameras provide an extra layer of security, allowing us to monitor and safeguard the premises. Rest assured that your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Experience a worry-free stay knowing that we have taken extensive measures to ensure your security at our property. 

  • DO WE NEED TO MEET THE MANAGEMENT AT THE HOUSE?

    To ensure compliance with local regulations and provide you with necessary information, our property manager will personally meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival. This meeting is essential to review and discuss the applicable local ordinances and rules that pertain to your stay. We prioritize your comfort and adherence to local guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your time with us. Rest assured, our property manager is knowledgeable and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that you have all the information needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay 

  • DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?

    Enhance your stay with the comfort and luxury of a heated private pool and spa. Our beautifully maintained saltwater pools and spas provide the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy your vacation experience in complete comfort.


    Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night, with temperatures set up to 88°F. To ensure the pool is heated and ready for your arrival, pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to check-in.


    Please note that pool heating requires a minimum two-night commitment and must be reserved for consecutive days, beginning with your arrival date. Pool heat cannot be scheduled on alternating or non-consecutive days during your stay. Pool heating may also be unavailable during certain summer months due to seasonal temperatures.


    Spa heating is included at no additional charge and can be activated as desired during your stay. Guests may heat the spa whenever they wish to enjoy it, providing a relaxing experience day or night.

  • WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

    Experience the convenience of our fully furnished vacation rentals, designed to provide you with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Each of our properties is equipped with all the essentials, including high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Our kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even some spices, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. If you have any specific appliance or amenity inquiries, feel free to ask our team for availability. To further enhance your convenience, we provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Our laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap, so you can easily refresh your clothes during your stay. Please note that while we provide these essential supplies, we do not provide cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip lock bags, or pool floaties. However, should you have any other questions or requests, our team is always ready to assist you. Experience the comfort and convenience of our fully furnished vacation rentals, where you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the small details. 

  • ARE THERE ANY RULES ABOUT PARTIES OR NOISE?

    To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors and to comply with local noise regulations, outdoor music is strictly prohibited at all times, regardless of the time of day. This includes music played through speakers, portable devices, vehicles, or any amplified sound system that can be heard outside the home.


    Guests are also expected to avoid excessive noise, including loud yelling, screaming, or other disruptive behavior that may disturb neighboring properties. Please be especially mindful when enjoying outdoor amenities such as the pool, spa, patios, and entertainment areas.


    If a complaint is received and Code Enforcement, law enforcement, security patrol, or any local authority is dispatched to the property due to noise violations, the primary guest and all occupants may be immediately evicted without refund. Guests will also be responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or fees assessed as a result of the violation.

  • CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

    Guests are welcome to ship packages to the property during their stay. To help ensure successful delivery, we kindly ask that packages be scheduled to arrive on or after your check-in date whenever possible. Please notify our team in advance if you plan to have items delivered to the home so we can make a note on your reservation.


    Please note that many of our vacation homes do not have mailbox access available to guests, and WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped or delivered to the property.
